Mimic2 is not a standard Metin2 server but a new idle and AFK grind game built on 55-120 private server infrastructure. It is cross-platform, so the same character plays in the browser, on desktop or on a phone, with Google sign-in and nothing to download. Map battles run fully offline on the server, while bosses, upgrades, enchants and the market need your attention, so players check in regularly rather than staying logged in. The game is currently in open beta, and the owner states a new server will open with the Steam release on 28 October.

World Bosses: 40 bosses respawn every 1 to 6 hours after defeat and grant unique rewards that idle farming cannot.
Equipment Depth: 95 upgradable item slots carry 7,515 item levels, including 8 gear sets of 10 pieces that upgrade to +10 with a fail chance.
Soul Items and Skins: 3 soul item chains of 41 levels each and 17 skin sets with 102 pieces that add real stats, plus 35 skin boosters.
Enchanter: 33 enchant stones work on 38 equippable item categories, rerolled until the bonus you want appears.
Runesmith: Runes, gems and evolutions are crafted, upgraded and socketed into gear for extra damage.
Alchemy: 7 stone categories, 5 grades and 5 purification tiers produce 980 different stones with random bonuses.
Tailor: The Warrior Sash has 600 levels and absorbs a weapon to scale with it, destroying the weapon in the process.
Transmutator: 310 recipes convert maxed gear into the next set and spare materials into rings, stars and enchant materials.
Companions and Mount: Tranky the baby dragon has its own skills, and the mount levels up to 250.
Quests: 831 quests are spread across 10 categories.
No Monetization: The game is free with no purchases, no ads and no premium currency, and the player market trades in in-game gold only.
