HellscreamWoW compiled its realms on 5 January 2024 and runs two: Grommash as a test realm and Garrosh as the live one. Garrosh is Blizzlike Wrath+ and fully progressed, meaning every dungeon and raid is open from the start rather than gated behind a release schedule, which is the opposite of the progressive-realm model most fresh WotLK servers use. The Wrath+ part is the addition: more than 250 new quests written across Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, Northrend and Outland, plus end-game content that continues past the Lich King. It holds a 24 hour peak of 207 online across a Discord of 1,032 members.
