Aion World

Type: Aion Private Server
Tagline: Not a fun-server. Long-term Aion 4.8 since 2015.

Server Overview

AionWorld has run 24/7 on the 4.8 EU client since 2015, which in this category is the whole pitch. The team is explicit that it is not a fun-server: rates are balanced rather than inflated, instances are meant to be demanding, and the goal they state is bringing back the feel of the good old days with the fixes official never shipped. The most concrete of those is a custom navigation and geo-data system, so mobs stop running through walls. It holds a 24 hour peak of 52 online across a Discord of 546 members.
