Ragnarok Online 2 and other RO titles

Ragnarok Online 2 is a separate sequel with its own client and world, and private servers for it are rare; most players who search for one end up on servers for the original game. The private server scene is built almost entirely on the first Ragnarok Online, run on community emulators such as rAthena and Hercules, and it splits mainly into pre-renewal and renewal mechanics, with rates from low to very high. Mobile and spin-off titles that carry the Ragnarok name are different games and are not listed here. If you came looking for Ragnarok Online 2 or a newer RO title, the listings above are original Ragnarok Online servers: filter the Ragnarok Online page by version, search by name and sort the list to find the era and rates you want.

How to Pick the Right Server

Choose by version, rates, progression rules, language and schedule. Check community reviews and the operator’s current rules. Discord activity is supporting context, not proof of in-game population or quality.

1. Version and rules: examples to investigate include Pre-Renewal, Renewal, Mid Rates, High Rates, Super High Rates. Confirm which client and content each operator actually enables.
2. Rates and progression: compare EXP, drops, level limits, wipes and reset rules separately. Missing values are not a standard setting.
3. Hours and community: check language, event times and group availability in your time zone. Discord counts do not measure in-game concurrency.
4. Shop and downloads: inspect the current store, client source and account requirements before committing.
