Shaiya Live is a Portuguese language Shaiya server built on the idea that time invested should be what pays out, keeping the classic Shaiya feel while layering modern quality of life on top. The crafting system is active and the operator treats it as a real part of character progression rather than a side activity, so gear does not arrive purely from drops. Gold keeps its value in the economy, which is what keeps trading worth doing over a long run rather than collapsing into inflation. The server had been running for roughly ten months at the time this was written, and it states plainly that it has no connection to the official Shaiya game.

The level ceiling is 60 and the server keeps the original level 15 and level 30 PvP brackets intact, which are the two entry points veteran Shaiya players recognise. Base experience is boosted while the kill ranking system runs on a multiplier of its own, so climbing the PvP ladder moves at a different pace from levelling.
