Server Overview
Play Dark World is a Silkroad Online private server that has been running since March 2015, which puts it among the longer-lived projects in the private Silkroad scene. It sits at the higher end of the cap ladder with Cap 140 and Degree 15 content, so the extra skills and the extra map areas that come with D15 are all in play. The premium currency follows a Free Silk model, meaning silk is obtainable through play rather than only through a payment page. Progression does not stop at the cap either, because a Rebirth system carries characters past level 140 and keeps a long-term ladder in front of veterans.
Cap & Version
The server runs Cap 140 on Degree 15 gear and skills, with the new skills and new areas that D15 introduces. Rates sit in the mid rate band rather than a one-week rush, and the rebirth track is what absorbs players who reach the ceiling. Standing is tracked publicly through a Unique Rank ladder and a separate PvP Rank ladder.
