PW: PAINRULES

MimicWOW is a private World of Warcraft server where the chests bite back. It's classic Wrath at heart, with a world full of custom quests, secrets, and Mimics where you least expect them. No donations, no pay-to-win. Just play.

⚔️ The World
Never play alone. Hundreds of AI players (playerbots) roam the world, quest, run dungeons and fill your group. Hire a whole party or a raid team when you need one.
Cross-faction friendly. Service NPCs are neutral, so Alliance and Horde can share hubs.
Every Alliance and Horde banner flies the purple and gold Mimics Den colors.
HD client available, with upgraded models, armor, terrain, water and login screens.
🧰 Mimic Features
100 hidden Mimic Chests scattered across Azeroth, Outland and Northrend. Each one opens once per account.
The Great Mimic: a weekly world boss that wakes up inside a chest.
Mimic Tokens: a currency for heirlooms, services, teleports and more.
Bounty Board: daily and weekly bounties for kills, quests, dungeons and chests.
Mimic Keystones: scaling dungeon challenges.
Hardcore mode: one life. Make it to 80 for the title the Undying.
Guild Levels: your guild grows as you play together.
Guild Houses and Warband Camps: a hall for your guild, plus your own camp to build and decorate anywhere outdoors.
📜 Custom Quests & Stories
Dozens of custom quests from level 1 to 70, with everyday Azeroth stories and Mimic mischief.
Carl, the "overly helpful" quest giver in every city, whose fixes always go a little too far.
Nala the calico cat and the Mimic Hatchling companion pets.
Waitress Appreciation: tip the innkeepers 10 copper and get roasted for it.
🏆 Achievements & Collections
A MimicWOW achievement category with custom titles: Treasure Sniffer, Mimic Slayer, the Undying, the Generous and more.
The Journal (Shift-J): dungeons, raids, and every mount, pet and toy with where to get it.
Mei Francis sells every mount in the game, from everyday rides to prestige mounts.
🛠️ Quality of Life
Faster pacing, professions from level 1, a portable mailbox, and the Master of Trades.

A web armory with character pages and leaderboards.
The MimicWOW Launcher installs the game (Normal or HD) and keeps everything up to date automatically.
