Madrigal Ascension is a custom Flyff server built on the V18 client, currently open for beta testing. The team describes the project as centered on rebirth progression, dedicated leveling areas, and custom dungeons populated with challenging bosses, giving returning Flyff players a familiar but reworked climb back to the top. During the beta period the developers say they are actively tuning game balance and fixing issues as players report them, treating the current build as a live work in progress rather than a finished release.

The server runs on the Flyff V18 client and keeps the four base job paths, layering rebirth progression on top of the classic leveling path rather than replacing it. Character growth continues past the normal cap through Master and Hero skill lines, giving players a longer progression curve once they reach the higher levels.
