WayRO is a mid-rate Ragnarok Online server running Episode 13.2 with the pre-Renewal level structure kept intact, so characters cap at base level 99 and job level 70 rather than climbing a Renewal curve. The rates sit at 20x base experience, 20x job experience and 10x drop, which is fast enough to get a build online in an evening but slow enough that gearing still takes real play. MVP loot is deliberately left alone at 1x for both equipment and cards, so the rarest items on the server stay rare no matter how quickly a character levels. It runs as an international server with the community spread across Discord, VK, Telegram and a public wiki, and the site is published in English and Russian.

WayRO runs Episode 13.2 in Normal server mode with the classic 99/70 level ceiling, a 99 stat cap and a 190 ASPD cap. Card and equipment drops from ordinary monsters are boosted to 10x while MVP card and MVP equipment drops are held at 1x, which is the split that keeps a mid-rate server's economy from collapsing into everyone owning the same endgame card in the first month.
