Wiki-OTS is a United States hosted Open Tibia server that throws out the standard Tibia world and replaces it with an entirely original map. Progression, hunting zones and boss encounters are all custom built rather than adapted from the real map, which puts it closer to a custom game running on the Tibia engine than to a Tibia recreation. The server is aimed at players who want fast paced, high difficulty content, and it is open about the fact that its store sells advantages, so it is a pay to win environment by its own description. Connecting requires downloading the server's own client.

Wiki-OTS runs on client version 8.60 with a fully custom map. Nothing of the original Tibia world remains in the rotation, so knowledge of real map hunting grounds does not carry over.

PvP ruleset: PvP is enabled with a blessing system in place and no friendly fire inside a party.
Automated content: Automated events, a world boss rotation and a spin wheel donation box run on their own schedule.
Cast system: Players can broadcast their gameplay so others can spectate.
