World of WARcraft Server

Our favorite game is called World of Warcraft, not World of Grindcraft or Farmcraft. And one of the best parts of it is mass open-world PvP. That’s why we added quests with rewards that motivate players to take part in open-world PvP and spend less time on boring farming and grinding.

Closer to realism

Most video games make no distinction between male and female characters. A fragile girl in plate armor with a huge shield and heavy sword fighting a big orc looks unrealistic and cringy. Also, the setting of our favourite videogame draws on medieval and early modern European imagery. For biological reasons, there were almost no female soldiers at that time. Folklore more often linked women with witchcraft, and they were also seen as keepers of the hearth. That's why we made the following changes: women of all races have -50% melee damage, -3% melee hit chance, -30% threat, +1% spell hit chance and +10% mana regen. In addition, women of all races receive +15 to Cooking, Herbalism, and Tailoring. For same reasons, there will be no gnome or goblin warriors on our server :D

Closer to lore

According to lore, Arcane magic is one of the most powerful forces in World of Warcraft. In Vanilla, however, the Arcane Mage talent tree is the weakest of all. We reworked it and added a feature to the Arcane Instability talent: now, when a mage has less than 30% mana, his Arcane spells have a chance to summon a Felguard that attacks the caster.

Hunters reworked

Historically, hunters killed their prey not only with bows and guns, but also with thrown weapons, and in melee - mostly with spears and boar spears. In Blizzard’s Vanilla version of WoW, however, hunters could not use their abilities with thrown weapons, and they had no full melee talent tree. The Beast Mastery tree was also always weak for raids.

On top of that, most melee DPS players got furious when a hunter rolled on their two-handed axe or sword and said “THIS IS HUNTER WEAPON.”

We fixed these issues. Hunters can now use their abilities with thrown weapons. They also have a full melee DPS tree and a strengthened Beast Mastery tree. And nobody will ever say “huntard won my Ashkandi” again - in melee, hunters can use only Polearms and Staves.

P.S. Did it ever seem illogical to you that Humans had no Hunter class? Why could Dwarves shoot bows and tame beasts, but Humans could not? That inconsistency is fixed as well. We have Human Hunters.
