Atreia's Chronicles is a European Aion server running the 4.8 patch, the version most players associate with the game before its later reworks, with the level cap left at 65. The rates are low by private server standards, sitting at x3 experience across solo play, groups, quests and gathering, which keeps levelling a real activity rather than a formality. The operator's stated position is that there is no pay to win: everyone gets the same access to the full content without paying extra, and trading is left free rather than fenced in by artificial restrictions.
