Dekaron Origins is a Dekaron private server that pitches itself on returning to the game's original feel rather than rebuilding it. The team's own invitation is to "return to the blood-soaked battlegrounds where legends were carved from flesh and bone", and the build follows that line, keeping the original classes and skill trees intact instead of rebalancing them into something new. Rates are set high, at 25x experience, which moves the emphasis away from levelling and toward the parts Dekaron is remembered for, namely open-field fighting and weekly sieges. The staff state a zero-tolerance stance on cheating and describe the server as skill-to-win rather than pay-to-win.

The server runs what it calls Classic Combat, preserving the faithful original skill trees and classes rather than introducing reworked versions of them. Custom content sits on top of that base as additional events, not as a replacement for the original systems.
