Nozdor is a Wrath of the Lich King 3.3.5a server built around a single idea the team states plainly on its own front page: skill decides the outcome, not the wallet. There is no pay to win layer, registration is free, and the competitive content is arena and rated battlegrounds rather than a gear shop. The project has been running long enough to post a one year anniversary thread on its own forum.

The rate design is unusual and worth reading carefully before you start. Experience runs at x5, but the multiplier applies to experience only. Drop rates, reputation and every other bonus stay at x1, so the leveling is quick while the world itself keeps retail pacing. Players who want it slower can set a personal experience rate rather than being locked to the server default.

The largest departure from stock 3.3.5a is the race list. Nozdor adds 24 extra playable races, each with its own models, animations and racial abilities, and it runs fully cross faction, so Horde and Alliance characters can play together instead of being walled apart. On top of that sits an engraving system built on runes, and the raid content players actually queue for is Ulduar and Icecrown Citadel.
