L2 Runestone

L2 Runestone is an Interlude C6 server at 5x, open since 10 August 2026, and built to still be here in a year.

RATES
Experience 5x, Skill points 5x, Party 6x, Drop 5x, Spoil 5x, Quest 5x, Adena 7x. Raid bosses, Grand bosses and epic jewels are 1x and untouched. Special herbs 1x. Adena sits above item drop on purpose, so shots stay affordable without flooding the economy. The strongest gear in the game should be the hardest to hold.

ENCHANT
Safe to +3, or +4 on full body armour. One point per scroll, and a failed scroll destroys the item. Scrolls are not sold by any NPC. Maximum +15 on weapons and armour, +12 on jewellery. The curve is gentler than retail early and harsher late: 96% at +4, 80% at +8, 52% at +15 with normal scrolls.

WHAT IS NOT HERE
No autofarm. No command, no macro engine, nothing plays the game for you. Adena auto loots, items do not.
No gear above D grade from NPCs. Starter equipment is sold as it is at retail. Everything from C grade up drops, is crafted, or is traded between players. The dwarf is the heart of the economy, not a side character.
Nothing that matters for sale. Power is never purchasable. Convenience and cosmetics are the only things that ever will be.
No wipe, ever. If a bug is found we fix the bug and remove what it produced, instead of resetting the world because that is easier.

RETAIL WHERE IT COUNTS
Pure retail class balance. Casts keep a real interrupt window and crowd control never exceeds 90%. Olympiad weekly. Sieges and epic bosses on retail mechanics. Subclass to 81. First and second class change at the NPC, third class is earned. Offline trade and craft, restored across restarts.

TECHNICAL
Full geodata across 163 regions with pathfinding on: no walking through walls, no mobs pulled through geometry. Anti bot with an in game check, and anti advertising covering chat, whispers, private store titles and character names. InnoDB with binary logging, daily backups kept in three places, and a weekly restore test that actually restores.

WE FIX WHAT OTHER PACKS SHIP BROKEN
An audit of all 871 craft recipes and of the quest chain found four things that are impossible to finish in almost every Interlude pack: the three Orc first class quests pointing at monsters that were never spawned, Mimir's Elixir sending you to a Chimera that was never placed in the Silent Valley, an unwinnable ambush inside Wendy's quest, and a B grade recipe with no source in the world.

HONEST PART
It opened on 10 August 2026 and it is small. There is no countdown, no launch event and no fake population counter. You do not need to own the game already: the full client with the launcher inside it is on the download page, so a fresh PC works.
