rAthena-AI World (RAW) is a Ragnarok Online server run as a community proof of concept for a peer-to-peer MMORPG with a living, AI-driven world. Its major NPCs are driven by language models: they keep a memory of players across sessions, listen to ambient public chat around them and use that context in real one-on-one conversations. The server also serves as the proving ground for openkore-ai-v3, an open-source self-learning OpenKore bot. Governance is community-driven through real player votes, and the game runs on full Renewal formulas at low rates.

Peer-to-Peer World: Players help run the world by hosting maps, seeding files and contributing an LLM key to the shared AI pool.
Kafra Points: The in-game currency is earned by playing, hosting and contributing, not bought.
No Pay-to-Win: Nothing power-related is sold, and the Kafra cash shop only offers cosmetics and consumables.
OpenKore AI Testbed: The server is the development ground for the open-source openkore-ai-v3 bot.
Utility NPCs: Job changer, skill resetter, stat resetter, healer and a dungeon warper are available.
WoE and Battlegrounds: The server runs vanilla War of Emperium and Battlegrounds.
Custom Maps: Custom maps are included, along with a system to create your own kingdom in another dimension.
