La2Best.org is not a single Lineage 2 world but a Russian language project that runs several at once, each aimed at a different kind of player. The flagship pair are both Interlude: a x100 world built as a fast on-ramp for newcomers, and a x13 world advertised as eternal, meaning it is never wiped and never restarted. Alongside them the project hosts Zmeyacoolcoos, a separate x1 Interlude 2007 server for players who want retail pacing, and an open test of Lineage 1 running Episode 1 content from 1998 with a Russian localization. A fifth project on Essence is listed as pre-alpha with development paused. What ties the modern worlds together is a large set of custom systems that are not part of stock Interlude, from a talent tree borrowed from the Ertheia chronicle to a dragon belt equipment slot with its own PvP progression ladder.

The two main worlds are Interlude, remastered rather than left stock. Zmeyacoolcoos runs Interlude 2007 with manual loot, skills bought from NPCs and native epic boss timings, and pairs that retail ruleset with modern conveniences: autofarm, premium accounts and offline trading. The Lineage 1 world runs Episode 1, the original 1998 content, and needs no registration because an account is created on first login.

Kamaloka: The Kamaloka dungeon instance is open to characters from level 70.
New Dagger Skills: Daggers gain Razor Rain, Dagger Throw and Blade Mastery.
Class Rebalancing: Classes that underperform in stock Interlude have been rebalanced.
Retail Server Conveniences: Even the x1 project ships autofarm, premium and offline trading.
