Final Fantasy XI is Square Enix's classic 2002 MMORPG set in Vana'diel, defined by party-based combat, deep job systems, and a cooperative endgame. CatsEyeXI is a level 75-cap server that layers heavy quality-of-life enhancements and custom content on top of the classic 75-era experience, with all jobs available including Rune Fencer and Geomancer. It offers three distinct game modes so players can pick their pace: Accelerated (boosted rates and convenience), Crystal Warrior (an ironman/hardcore ruleset), and Wings-Era Warrior (a classic experience). After merging the WingsXI community in November 2023, CatsEyeXI absorbed an entire second player base and now ranks as one of the largest FFXI servers in the world.
