PR Underworld (also known as Netherworld) is a small, low-rate Custom Epic 9.1 Rappelz private server that pitches itself on a hardcore-friendly rate curve, a reworked pet roster, and a no-pay-to-win commitment. The server runs Custom Epic 9.1 content with reworked classes, an expanded Pet/Creature system, a new class buff system, and pets reworked across stages 1–10.
