Type: World of Warcraft Private Server

ProgressionWoW is a 3.3.5a server built for a small group of players to experience classic, Burning Crusade and Wrath raid content in order, using WotLK classes, spells, talents and systems. Progression is tracked per character: every new character starts at Tier 1 and unlocks the next raid tier by defeating the current one, from Molten Core and Onyxia through to Ruby Sanctum. Raids flex down to as few as 8 players on Normal difficulty, and rates are raised to match the accelerated pace. Class balance is left largely untouched, with content tuned up to meet the power curve.

The server runs on the Wrath of the Lich King client but walks through all three classic-era expansions.

Tiers 13 to 17: Naxxramas (WotLK) / Eye of Eternity / Obsidian Sanctum, Ulduar, Trial of the Crusader, Icecrown Citadel, Ruby Sanctum

Per-Character Tiers: Each character carries its own progression, so killing Ragnaros and Onyxia unlocks Blackwing Lair for that character.
Flex Raiding: Normal raids auto-balance down to 8 players; heroics are not scaled.
Attunements: Attunements stay in with quality of life changes, such as no longer needing dousing runes in Molten Core.
Open Races and Classes: Blood Elves, Draenei, Paladins and Shamans are available from the start, and Death Knights unlock at level 55 and start at Tier 1.
Talents: Talent progression is normal from 1 to 59, then fixed at 71 points from 60 to 80.
Glyph Drops: Glyphs drop from capstone bosses in classic dungeons such as BRD, UBRS, Scholomance and Stratholme, and from Outland dungeon capstones on Normal and Heroic.
World Buffs: World buffs cannot be dispelled, last 7 days and persist through death, until removed at level 64.
Raid Cooldown Reset: Cooldowns reset after raid encounters.
Reforging: Reforging is available in Orgrimmar and Stormwind.
Transmog: Transmogrification unlocks at Tier 13, with the vendor at the top of the Violet Tower in Dalaran.
