Frozen MMO is a Classic Conquer Online server built around consequence rather than convenience. The project rules out automation and pay-to-win outright, so progress has to come from time actually spent playing, and the cash shop is limited to cosmetics and light convenience items. Territory is the other half of the design, because guilds fight over castle ownership and the winners tax the city regions they hold, which turns the economy into something guilds argue over rather than something the server hands out. Death carries a real cost in the zones that matter, and gear is presented as hand-forged rather than bought.

Frozen-Co presents itself as a Classic Conquer server, keeping the older class and gear structure of Conquer Online rather than the modern client's later expansions.

Ruleset: Classic Conquer

No Auto-Play: The server states it has no auto-play, so farming and levelling are done by hand instead of by an in-client bot.
No Pay-To-Win: The cash shop is limited to cosmetics and slight convenience items, and the operator states nothing in it buys power.
Full-Loot Corrupted Zones: Open world combat in corrupted zones runs under full-loot on death rules, so entering one is a deliberate risk.
Castle Ownership And Taxation: Guilds fight for castle ownership, and holding a castle lets a guild tax specific city regions.
Player-Controlled Economy: The economy is player-controlled, with hand-forged weapons rather than vendor-supplied gear driving the market.
