L2REHAB runs a small complex of Lineage 2 Interlude servers rather than a single realm, so one staff and one ruleset cover several rate bands at the same time. Players who want the original pace can sit on the x1 realm, while the x5, x10 and x20 realms exist for people who would rather reach the interesting part of the chronicle in a weekend than in a season. Every realm in the complex is run without a pay to win donation model, and the operator states that nothing beyond services can be bought in the store. The x1 realm, Ramona, has been running since February 2023 without a wipe, which is the clearest single signal the project gives about how it treats its economy.

All four realms run the Interlude chronicle. The project supports both the Interlude client and the Classic protocol 166 client, so players are not forced onto a single launcher to reach the same servers.

No Pay To Win: The operator states that no realm sells power, and that only services can be bought in the store.
Adena Stays x1: Adena is left at x1 on every realm regardless of the experience multiplier, which keeps the currency economy tight even on the fastest realm.
Dualbox Limit: Players are limited to three accounts at a time, enforced across the complex.
No Wipe Policy: The x1 realm Ramona has been live since 18 February 2023 without a wipe.
Anti-Cheat Enforcement: The project advertises active enforcement against cheat clients as part of its ruleset.
Staggered Openings: The complex opens realms on a rolling schedule, with Luna x10 on 2 May 2026, Lionna x20 on 20 June 2026 and Airin x5 on 1 August 2026.
