Server Overview

PW Ascension rebuilds classic Perfect World on the 1.3.6 client and then pulls forward only the parts of 1.7.4 the team judged worth having, which is a narrower promise than most revival servers make and an easier one to keep. The roster is restricted to the original three races, Humans, Untamed and Winged Elves, so the later additions that reshaped the class balance never enter the picture. Progression is deliberately long-term rather than instant, with modest rate multipliers and a battle pass carrying the reward loop, and the team states plainly that the shop does not sell power. The server runs in Canada as its recommended region for North America, South America and Europe, with a Singapore region in testing for Southeast Asia.
