O-Ro is an international Ragnarok Online server running Episode 13.1 content on a Pre-Renewal ruleset, with a maximum character level of 99. It runs at 3x3x1 rates and layers several original systems onto that classic base, including an open world PK mode, a server wide territory war and an in-game web market. The server supports English, French and Spanish players and disables autoloot, job changer and multi-accounting, vendor accounts excepted, to keep progression manual and characters distinct.

Blood Law: An open world PK mode active everywhere outside safe zones, where each death costs 1% EXP to the killer or the victim. Players progress through six PK tiers from Valiant to Murderer, and a bounty system rewards hunting down flagged killers.
Territory War: 134 maps can be conquered and held for a permanent, stacking buff of plus 1 to all stats, plus 2 percent EXP and plus 2 percent drop rate for the holder and their party.
Web Market: Players can buy directly from in-game vendors through the website using Zeny, without needing to log in to shop in Prontera.
O-Ro Token: A server specific currency earned by farming or by direct purchase, spendable on cosmetic costumes with no stat bonuses and on EXP manuals.
Anti-Cheat: The server runs an anti-cheat system alongside bans on autoloot, job changer use and multi-accounting, vendor accounts excepted, to keep the economy manual.
International Support: The server launched supporting English, French and Spanish from day one.
