Shadow Rappelz is a French language Rappelz server running the Epic 9.5 client with rates deliberately kept at the official game's pace, which is an unusual position in a game whose private server scene mostly competes on multipliers. Experience, taming and lak all sit at x1 and only drop rate is raised, so the progression curve matches retail Rappelz rather than compressing it into a weekend. That decision is the point of the project: the team describes it as a server created by players for players, and it keeps the full progression chain intact rather than skipping to endgame.
