Perfect World Mayhem runs the 1.5.5 Elysium build with all twelve classes available and a stated design goal of removing the pay to win layer that shaped the official servers. The team's position is that every progression path should be farmable, so endgame gear, pets and the PvP kit are all reachable by playing rather than by buying. That has practical consequences for how the server is tuned: crafting and acquisition systems were rebuilt so that items which were cash shop exclusives on retail now have in game sources here. Alongside the vanilla content, which has been reworked with enhanced dungeons, the server adds its own event and boss layer on top.
