Diablo-WoW is a Wrath of the Lich King server on client 3.3.5a that grafts Diablo's loot economy onto Azeroth. Equipment rolls random properties instead of arriving with a fixed statline, legendary items pulled from the Diablo universe carry their own abilities, and a Paragon track sits behind the level cap the way it does in Diablo III. The rest of the server is built to keep small groups playing together, with dungeons and raids that scale down to as few as two players and a Mythic+ ladder rebuilt on Wrath of the Lich King dungeons. The in-game shop is stated as not pay to win, and it sits alongside transmogrification, a trading marketplace and a referral system.

Kingdom of Fear Raid: A custom raid with four bosses, the Butcher, Azmodan, Mephisto and Diablo.
Scaling Dungeons and Raids: Instances adapt their difficulty to groups of two to five players, and a four-player raid format runs without dedicated tanks or healers.
Greedy Goblins: Goblins spawn from level 16 and drop rare items and reforging resources, with a level 80 variant dropping Diablo II style amulets and shards.
Reforging: Items are reforged at the Annihilation Forge in Dalaran.
Mini-Diablo Companion: A companion pet doubles as vendor, repair NPC and reagent merchant.
Legendary Potions: The Bottomless Vial restores 60 percent health on a 30 second cooldown.
Professions: Professions gain 44 new recipes, legendary potions and unrestricted gem use.
Custom Quests: A custom quest line, Enigma of the Ancient Horn, opens at level 71.
Guild Progression: Guilds level up and grant bonuses to their members as they do.
Experience Festival: A Saturday buff doubles experience gain for the day.
