Begin with your available session

ConquerX's event handbook lists recurring group battles and rotating activities rather than a single daily objective. That gives a player several possible reasons to log in, but a long menu can also turn a relaxed evening into a race between timers. Start with the time you actually have and choose one event that fits it.

If you have half an hour, ask whether that is enough to enter, participate and finish. If the group activity needs a longer commitment, choose another night rather than leaving teammates without warning. A routine you can repeat is more useful than an ambitious schedule that becomes frustrating after its first busy day.

Confirm clocks before converting times

The official handbook includes specific clock times for city battles and a recurring Guild War. The page does not clearly attach a time zone to those listings. Confirm the relevant server clock with the operator before translating a displayed time into your local calendar, especially when your country and other players' countries change clocks on different dates.

Avoid treating an old screenshot as a current invitation. Look for the latest event notice or ask a guild organizer which listing applies this week. Write the answer down with its date and time zone. That small detail is often more useful to a returning group than another enthusiastic description of how competitive a battle might be.

Understand the objective before the reward

A city battle, a free-for-all activity and a cooperative fight can require different preparation. Ask how to enter, when participation ends and whether the event has team rules. If the activity is new to you, a clear explanation of the objective matters more than knowing the most valuable possible drop in advance.

The handbook lists item categories in rotating rewards, but a list of possibilities does not establish the chance of receiving each one. Plan around participation you enjoy rather than assuming a rare reward will fund your next upgrade. If an item is essential to your plan, check whether another documented route exists before committing several evenings to one expectation.

Avoid an overloaded event circuit

Leave space between an event and an unrelated equipment project. Moving directly from a group battle to shopping, then into another timed activity, can make you rush decisions that deserve attention. Keep the resources needed for the next activity separate from the amount you are willing to spend in the market.

If you play with friends, decide which event is the shared appointment and which activities are optional. That makes it easier for people with different work schedules to participate without feeling that missing a timer means falling permanently behind. This is a planning suggestion, not a claim that ConquerX guarantees equal progression for different amounts of playtime.

Revisit the routine after a week

At the end of a few sessions, ask which event you would choose even without an exceptional reward. Keep that activity at the center of your schedule and remove a timer that mainly creates pressure. An established realm offers little benefit if the routine you build around it leaves no room to enjoy its familiar combat or community.

For a group battle, read the Guild War checklist. For a competitive practice session, use our PvP notes. Check every schedule against the operator's current instructions before arranging the next session; this article is a planning companion, not a live event calendar.
