Project SWG is a non-profit, community-driven Star Wars Galaxies project targeting the Combat Upgrade (CU) era, specifically the Publish 23/24 period of the game. It runs on Holocore, the team's own open-source server engine written in Kotlin and licensed under AGPL 3.0, with more than 6,900 commits on GitHub and continuous active development. The goal is a recreation that stays reasonably close to the original out-of-the-box game while remaining easily expandable. All major expansions are included: An Empire Divided, Jump to Lightspeed, Rage of the Wookiees, and Trials of Obi-Wan. It is playable and under active development, supported by an active Discord community.

CU Ruleset (Publish 23/24): Targets the Combat Upgrade era as it existed around Publish 23/24.
